Assur Digital 55 provides the Licensee with unlimited access to standard support services throughout the duration of the agreement. Our support covers:
  • Functional assistance with all platform features
  • Troubleshooting of errors or service disruptions
  • User guidance and administrative training
  • Support for onboarding new insurers, products, and partners
  • Continuous consultation to help optimise system performance
Support is available via email, ticketing system, and virtual meetings during standard business hours, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Platform Maintenance & Enhancements
Assur Digital 55 provides the Licensee with unlimited access to standard support services throughout the duration of the agreement. Our support covers:
Assur Digital 55 ensures the platform is continuously maintained, secured, and improved. Maintenance includes:
  • Regular bug fixes and critical security patches
  • Performance optimisation and system reliability improvements
  • New features, enhancements, and modules delivered through the platform roadmap
  • Compatibility updates for browsers, mobile devices, and operating systems
Maintenance releases are scheduled during off-peak hours to ensure minimal disruption to live operations.
